Why babies and children?
I love working with babies, toddlers and children and I am passionate about the profound benefits of Early Intervention. As a mother of two, I have live experience accessing speech pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy services and I feel this has shaped the caring and empathetic way I approach young clients and their families. I strive to deliver family centred care and to build strong rapport and relationships with families. I also believe intervention should be enjoyable, personalised, engaging and interest based, as this improves outcomes and assists clients to achieve their goals whilst also having fun!
Non work life
When she is not supporting families at the Walky Talky Hub, Sarah enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and two beautiful boys. She is a foodie who enjoys cooking and eating out with family and friends and is also a dog lover with a soft spot for Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
