Physiotherapy Journey

I have been a musculoskeletal physiotherapist for 24 years working across all ages. I have a special interest in hypermobility, persistent pain and utilize my training in Pilates and Feldenkrais to work with movement patterns to optimize strength, comfort and recovery from injury.Ā  I spent my first 10 years as a physio working with elite sport in Perth and Edinburgh ScotlandĀ  and in the past 10 years focusing more in the field of movement re-education and exercise rehabilitation for hypermobility and persistent pain.

Special Interests

  • HypermobilityĀ
  • Musculoskeletal growth related issuesĀ
  • Postural strength and functional stability.

Why babies and children?

Kids are fun! I love finding ways to incorporate strengthening, balance and stability into games and engaging activities to help guide their growing bodies and aid them to develop to their full potential.

Non work life

When I am not at work I love keeping fit running and swimming and spending time with my husband and two daughters
