Our most popular services are our online memberships, Walky Talky Baby and Walky Talky Toddler.

You can also access a 'taste' of the membership with our mini products, No Tears Tummy Time, Play the Week Away and Toddler Talk.

To purchase any of these services, head to our Store.

Easy! Head to our store or our Memberships page (for more information on the membership). Here you can choose the best option for you and your baby/toddler.  Enter your details at the checkout. You'll get your membership login details within just a few minutes (remember to check your spam folder!) and you'll be in soaking up all the juicy content in no time.

We are all one big Walky Talky family so whether you opt to join the Baby or Toddler membership you will instantly have access to us, Alison and Chiara and all the other rockin parents in The Village as well as ALL the resources in The Library.

The core content is very different though. SO if your baby is not yet walking or saying first words start with a Baby membership. If your baby is  over 12 months and close to saying words, you can start with the Toddler membership as all our first word tips are in this membership too.

If you want a sweet saving then you can still opt for the Walky Talky Baby package options. When the content is "too easy" for your baby just email us and we will transfer you across to the Toddler content for the remaining months of your membership. Easy!

Yes! We have a trial option for both our Baby and Toddler monthly memberships.

You pay 50c to trial the membership for 50 hours. You can cancel anytime during these 2 days and not pay a cent more. Or if you love it (which we know you will!) you'll be subscribed to our monthly membership ($24/month - cancel anytime).

Our services through Walky Talky Baby and Walky Talky Toddler are online only.

We want to be able to help as many families as possible by offering information that is easily accessible online for time poor parents. Our services are perfect if you are worried about your child or just being proactive and love learning about your child's development. 

We both work in private practices in Perth so if you'd like to see us for a 1:1 session, get in touch and we can let you know how to book in to see us!

No, we don't offer refunds for our 3, 6 or 12 month package subscriptions. 
Our monthly subscription or membership trial is a great option if you'd like to try out the membership before committing to a package option. 

Our memberships are PACKED with content and always growing.

On top of the core content (which covers all the gross motor and speech/language milestones and how to support them), we also have:
- weekly Walky and Talky tips in the Village (our online community)

- ask us questions anytime in the Village

- Monthly live Q&A's or webinars with us and guest speakers

- A library full of tips for play time with your baby (including what toys to choose and how to set up your play space to suit your child's developmental level).

Yes! We are a great addition to the face-to-face support you are receiving in therapy sessions.
You'll get heaps of other ideas for how to work on the goals set by your therapist in our membership plus we can answer any questions you wish you could ask your therapist between sessions!

No, we don't replace 1:1 therapy and will always recommend to members when we think they need to see a Physio or Speech Therapist in person. 

We are, however, a great addition to 1:1 therapy, especially if you are stuck on a waiting list!

Yes — if you have a technical  issue relating to payment, subscription, or login, just contact us and we'll get back to you. NB: We can't provide actual IT support so if the problem relates to your computer, internet or similar, you'll need to organise that yourself.
